Cancellation & Ticket Policy

All bookings for BJJ Retreats Australia events are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in this policy. Please make sure you can commit to the retreat dates before booking.

If you are no longer able to attend

Transfer to another participant

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or on-sell your booking to another participant.

Please contact us before any transfer is finalised so we can update the booking details and confirm the new participant.

The original purchaser remains responsible for any outstanding payments until the transfer has been confirmed by BJJ Retreats Australia.

Accommodation preferences and room types are subject to availability at the time of transfer. We reserve the right to refuse a transfer where the process has not been communicated to us in advance.

Transfers to future retreats

Payments are generally not transferable or credited towards future retreats.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider transferring some or all payments to a future BJJ Retreats Australia retreat. This is considered on a case-by-case basis and is entirely at the discretion of BJJ Retreats Australia.

Any approved transfer may be subject to availability, price differences and the terms of the new retreat.

If we cancel the retreat

If BJJ Retreats Australia cancels the retreat, all payments made to us for your booking will be refunded in full.

We are not responsible for other costs associated with your travel, including flights, additional accommodation or other travel arrangements. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance when booking.

Additional notes

All payments made towards a retreat booking are non-refundable.

Any outstanding balance remains payable according to the payment schedule agreed at the time of booking.

By booking a BJJ Retreats Australia event, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Ticket Policy.
