Cancellation & Ticket Policy

All bookings for BJJ Retreats Australia events are non-refundable. Please ensure you can commit to the retreat dates before purchasing your ticket.

If you are no longer able to attend:

• Ticket Transfers: You may transfer or on-sell your ticket to another participant.

• Keep Us Informed: To protect against scams and ensure a smooth handover, please notify us at bjjretreatsaustralia@gmail.com before any transfer is finalised. We’ll update our records and confirm the new participant’s details.

• Responsibility: The original purchaser remains responsible for payment until the transfer has been confirmed by us.

Additional Notes:

• Retreat tickets cannot be deferred or credited towards future events.

• Accommodation preferences (e.g. room type) are subject to availability at the time of transfer.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if the transfer process has not been communicated to us in advance.
