Cancellation & Ticket Policy

Fiji BJJ and Surf Retreat 2026

All bookings for BJJ Retreats Australia events are non-refundable. Please ensure you can commit to the retreat dates before purchasing your ticket.

If you are no longer able to attend:

1. Transfer to Another Participant

You may transfer or on-sell your ticket to another participant.

To protect against scams and ensure a smooth handover, please notify us at bjjretreatsaustralia@gmail.com before any transfer is finalised. We’ll update our records and confirm the new participant’s details.

The original purchaser remains responsible for payment until the transfer has been confirmed by us.

Accommodation preferences (e.g. room type) are subject to availability at the time of transfer.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if the transfer process has not been communicated to us in advance.

2. Transfer to a Future Retreat (Time-Limited)

If you are unable to attend and prefer not to transfer your ticket to another participant, your deposit may be transferred to a future BJJ Retreats Australia event, provided notice is given on or before 31 May 2026.

Transferred deposits:

• Are valid for one future retreat only

• Must be used within 24 months of the original retreat start date

• Are subject to availability

After 31 May 2026, deposits are no longer transferable to future events.

Additional Notes

• Retreat tickets cannot be deferred or credited beyond the conditions outlined above

• Full ticket balances (beyond the deposit) remain non-refundable

• If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund

• By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
